Opt-In and Consent
Enter your mobile phone number in the User Management menu of your Maximus to start receiving messages via WhatsApp from Maximus in the event of an Alarm, Warning or Return to normal. Please note that you must enter the full telephone number, including the country code; dashes, spaces, or parentheses are allowed. Ex: 1 (555) 888-9999. You must explicitly opt in by sending the message START or by pressing the Confirm button at the opt-in request message. By opting in, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from us and acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Unsubscribe Process
If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving messages from Maximus via WhatsApp, you can unsubscribe by replying with the word STOP to any of our messages. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly remove your number from our Notification Service, and you will no longer receive messages from us.
Data Usage and Privacy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The information collected during the opt-in process will be used solely to send you the requested alerts and updates.
Message Frequency
The frequency at which messages are sent depends on your Maximus settings.
Costs
The Maximus Notification Service is provided at no additional cost to you. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile phone service plan.
User Responsibilities
It's your responsibility to keep your contact information updated. You will be responsible for any charges made by your mobile service provider as a result of messages received from us.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Maximus Notification Service will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website.
